Fluid reading is the key difference you hear in the before and after recordings.
It is not enough for the dyslexic reader to be able to sound out words (learning to sound out words is known as phonics-based intervention).

• First, many English words cannot be sounded out.
• Secondly, the result is often slow and halting reading, which makes reading with comprehension very difficult.
